Examines the evaluation information to identify diagnosis and care concerns. Creates a strategy outlining actions to achieve desired results. Executes the plan, organizes care provision, and utilizes methods to enhance wellness and maintain a secure atmosphere. Assesses the advancement made in achieving goals. Determines results for the patient or the patient&#8217;s circumstances.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Works with a team of patients, families, and healthcare providers to deliver safe, healing, compassionate care in an environment of empathy. Offers educational experiences for patients\/family members and team members. Gives health information directly to patients, families, and the treatment team.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gets patient, room, and equipment ready for surgical procedures and aids physician in minor surgery.
